Zapier uses triggers and actions to create seamless automation. You can now use multiple applications within PubLive with Zapier automation services.
Here are some examples:
New Article Published in Publive (Trigger): When a new article is published in Publive, Zapier can automatically share the post to social media platforms such as Facebook (Action).
How to Set Up Zapier with Publive
1. Choose Your Trigger:
Decide which event in Publive will start the automation (e.g., a new article is published).
2. Select Your Action:
Choose the action that will be performed when the trigger event occurs (e.g., share a post on social media or add a subscriber to an email list).
3. Configure Your Zap:
Log in to your Zapier account and create a new Zap.
Select Publive as your trigger app and choose the appropriate trigger event.
Connect your Publive account and configure the trigger settings.
Select the action app (e.g., Facebook) and configure the action settings.
Test your Zap to ensure it works correctly.
4. Activate Your Zap:
Once your Zap is set up and tested, turn it on to start automating your workflow.
Once set up, Zaps will automatically run in the background without you doing anything else. Thus, you can automate repetitive tasks such as sharing stories on social media.
