Following are the steps to add access to Google News Publication center
Set up an access group
- Sign in to Publisher Center
- Select your publication/organization from the top-right menu
- Click 'User permissions
- Choose an organization, publication, or publisher account
- Click Add user, and a pop-up form appears as shown below
- Enter the user’s email address
- Set the access rights for the user as shown below
- After you add the access level and email address, click Add
- Important: All email addresses must be associated with a Google Account
